How to get started
Klinoa is an all-in-one clinic dashboard — patient records, calendar, intake, billing, and reminders. This page covers the questions we hear most before you sign up. Once you're in, the in-app User guide walks you through every workflow.
Is Klinoa for me?
Klinoa fits independent clinics, group practices, and specialty providers (PT, OT, behavioral health, dermatology, primary care) with 1–25 providers. If you're running a hospital department or a 100-clinician chain, you'll outgrow it fast.
We replace the calendar + chart + intake + payment stack you're probably running across 4 different tools. If you're happy with your EHR but hate your calendar, we're probably not for you (yet).
How do I sign up?
- Go to klinoa.com/signup and pick a plan. The 14-day free trial doesn't need a credit card.
- We send you a verification email — confirm it.
- You land on your empty dashboard. The onboarding checklist walks you through the first 5 steps in about 10 minutes.
Plans + pricing
See the pricing page for the latest. Headline: $0 for the first 14 days, then plans start at $39/month for solo practitioners. We don't charge per patient or per SMS — usage is included up to a generous monthly cap.
Data + security
- All data is yours. Owner can download a full export any time (every table, JSON, zipped, signed link).
- Patient records are tenant-isolated at the database level. Your data is never visible to another clinic on the platform — that's enforced in Postgres, not application logic.
- Audit log of every patient/appointment/note change. Append-only — even we can't silently scrub it.
- Two-factor authentication is available for every user account. We recommend enabling it the day you sign up.
- Live status at klinoa.com/status — db, storage, webhook delivery, with per-check latency.
